At JEMX, we care about your satisfaction. That’s why we offer you flexible return policies.
1- wanna return your order?
Here’s what to do:
You can still return or exchange any item within 10 days from the delivery date.
Requests made after the 10-day window will unfortunately not be accepted, even if the product is unused. Please make sure to contact us as soon as possible.
Return and refund options:
- Option 1: We send a courier to pick up the item from your address. You will pay a return handling fee of EGP 120.

Option 2: You ship the item yourself through any local carrier to our warehouse: JEMX, Al-Tlateen street, Hurghada, Red Sea Governorate, Egypt.
Exchange (Replacement) option:
- If you want to exchange the product (e.g., different size or color), we’ll send you the new item and pick up the original one.

You will pay a replacement service fee of EGP 120 to cover shipping.

If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative product or a full refund.
Please note:
- The original delivery fee (e.g., EGP 85 - 100 for shipping) is non-refundable in all return cases.
- If you request a return and we send a courier to pick up the item, the return handling fee (EGP 120) will also be deducted from your refund (unless you choose to ship it yourself).
- The final refund amount will only include the product price, excluding any delivery or return service charges.
2- How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request:
To submit a return or exchange request, choose one of the following methods:

After we receive your request, our team will contact you within 24 hours to arrange the process.
3. Refund Process & Payment Methods
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days if you paid with an online card or bank card.
Refund method depends on your original payment:

If you paid online (card or wallet):
The refund will be sent back to the same account or card you used when placing the order and usually it takes 5-7 business days to reflect. -
If you paid cash on delivery (COD):
We will refund the amount via one of the following:
• Transfer to an e-wallet of your choice (Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash, etc.)
• Direct cash refund via the courier who picks up the item during the return.
We’ll confirm the refund method with you during the return process.
General Conditions:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All return/exchange requests must be made within 10 days of delivery.
- Trying on the product is fine, but items that show clear signs of wear or use cannot be returned.
- If the product is damaged due to use, it cannot be returned.
- Returned items must be properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping. JEMX is not responsible for items damaged due to poor packaging by the customer.
