- Shipping is handled through trusted third-party logistics partners.

- Shipping rate: EGP 85 for (Cairo - Giza - Alexandria), EGP 100 for (The rest of Egypt).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there is an error from our side.
3. Delivery Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
- Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message including your tracking number (if available).
- If you don’t receive your tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If our delivery partner is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your order may be canceled.
- In such cases, you may need to place a new order.
